The renovation of the Bourke Street office includes the use of art facilities and technologies, modern finishes, new amenities and kitchenette.

East Preston Early Learning Centre
In conjunction with the East Preston Islamic College Primary School, this project is the refurbishment of an old 600m2 school block to build a childcare centre. It comprises of 5 classrooms for 120 kids in Preston valued at $2M.

Islamic College of Melbourne Admin Building
The Islamic College of Melbourne (ICOM) is home to 1200 students (Foundation – Year 12) and 120 caring staff. The college is a community representing 40 different cultures and fosters a culture of academic excellence within a rigorous curriculum while maintaining excellent collaboration between diverse community members.

East Preston Islamic College Primary School
As part of the school project development, a new 2-storey primary school block was built in a 1,600 m2 land and it comprises of 12 classrooms including teacher drawers, 2 staff rooms, amenities like lift and communal hall. This project was valued at $5.5M and Haddarco was the head contractor.

Australian Islamic Centre
The Australian Islamic Centre is an initiative by the Newport Islamic Society (NIS), an Islamic organisation located in Melbourne’s West and actively serving the community since1989. As a non-for-profit organisation, the NIS carries out a range of religious, social, educational and recreational activities for the local Muslim community of over 10,000 people and the wider Australian community at large. The project has received plenty of recognition for its complex design and unconventional construction methods. This project was recently featured in an exhibition at the National Gallery of Victoria and an ABC documentary called “Spirit of Place” was produced. This documentary was featured at the New York Design and Architectural Film Festival as the opening film. This project has also been voted as one of two only Australian buildings in Wallpaper magazine top 50 list of “top buildings that shaped culture in 2017’.

R&N Haddara development included 8 modern townhouses with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units. The project was valued at $7.3M having luxurious designs and finishes.

The UMMA Centre has been serving the Muslim community of Melbourne for over 25 years. It is a cultural hub, holding weddings, funerals, and special events.

Manor Lakes Pavilion
As part of the Wyndham City Council, the Manor Lakes Pavilion was built to support sports, leisure and wellness of the local community in Williams Landing, Victoria. The project was valued at $2.4 million spearheaded by Haddarco and designed by Terence Carey Architects

Flemington Primary School
As the government continued to provide quality education, this project valued at $3.5 million includes the construction of the new multipurpose hall, music rooms, IT labs, and student collaboration rooms. Haddarco was the head contractor and designed by Tony Di Mase Architects.

New Two Storey 1500m2 building consisting of prayer areas, community kitchen, offices, amenities, an indoor gymnasium and 200m2 car park

St Peters Primary School
The Catholic Education Office’s project was valued at $2 million includes the building of the new multipurpose sports hall with commercial kitchen and classroom extension. Haddarco as the head contractor, the project was designed McCarthy Collings & Purtell Architects.

Werribee Primary School
As a head contractor for the Werribee Primary School the scope of the project was to build classroom block and collaboration rooms. As the Department of Education & Early Childhood Development as our main clientele, the value of the project is at $2.4M designed by Greg Kennedy Architects.
2007
Williamstown Primary School
Our client, the Department of Education & Early Childhood Development has allotted $2.4M to complete the refurbishment of the heritage school. Haddarco was appointed as the head contractor in collaboration with Baade Harbour Australia Architects. This is the oldest school in the district with a history stretching back over 150 years.

West Footscray Library
West Footscray Library is a branch of Maribyrnong library network. The West Footscray Community Learning Centre comprising the West Footscray Library and the collocated West Footscray Neighborhood House is located in the multicultural center of West Footscray in Barkly Street. The center provides a number of essential services to the local community including occasional childcare, kindergarten and meeting room spaces.
